Corporate Headshots Melbourne

Create the perfect professional headshot

You work hard to maintain a certain image for your company.
An image that is reflected in your company emails, publications, website content, and especially in your sales and marketing copy.
But most importantly, it’s an image that is (or should be) reflected in all of your company’s imagery.
Whether it’s in your internal newsletter or your client-facing periodicals, your ‘about us’ page or your promotional material — any photo that represents your company must be of the highest quality and accurately reflect your brand identity.
And in a world where visual imagery is 6.5 times more likely to be remembered than written content, your company images also need to speak for themselves.
They must inspire confidence, instill trust, and leave a lasting impression.
And that’s no small feat.
Luckily for you, that’s where we can help.

At Windsor, we understand that corporate photos need to be more than the stale imagery that looks like it came from a stock photography website.
So we take the time to learn about your company’s background and what it means to be a part of your team.
Then our experienced photographers will offer advice and suggestions based on how you want your company and team to be perceived by industry peers and clients or customers.
Our corporate package can include multiple shots for individual team members and we’re more than happy to allow time for outfit changes should they be needed.
Once the shoot is complete, we’ll take a little time to edit and retouch your photos so everyone looks their best and each image reflects that brand identity we spoke of earlier.

So if you’re looking for a fresh take on corporate imagery but don’t know where to start. Get in touch and we’ll set up a booking and strategy call with one of our talented photographers.

Pricing for our corporate package starts at $850

(quotes for larger projects are available on request)

All packages include:
    • Guidance and suggestions from your photographer
    • Editing/retouching
    • Images delivered in the format of your choice

FAQ

Is a professional headshot worth it?

Absolutely. Your headshot is often the first time any potential business connections will see your face and it’s a great opportunity to make a solid first impression. Not only that but a photographer will also be able to ensure that a little of your personality shines through in your headshot—something that will make your image all the more memorable.

How much does a corporate headshot cost?

The cost of a corporate headshot can vary a great deal depending on the photographer and studio in question. Here at Windsor Photo Studio, we’ve found the middle ground with a set rate of $330 for two corporate headshots

However, we also offer a corporate headshot package that includes three looks, 5 images of your choice, and both editing and retouching. Pricing for this package starts at $850.

What makes a good corporate headshot?

A good corporate headshot reflects the image that you want to portray to your clients, partners, and any future connections. Yes, it should be professional, but it should also include a little of your own personality.

This is where working with a professional really makes the difference as an experienced photographer will be able to offer guidance relative to your industry.

Are there corporate headshot packages?

Yes, as we mentioned earlier, our corporate headshot package allows you to try three different looks in your shoot and choose 5 images. These are then edited and retouched by our in-house team before delivery in a format of your choice all for a highly competitive rate of just $850.

This is a great option for anyone that wants to use their headshot on multiple networking platforms as well as on a corporate website.

What should I wear to a professional headshot session?

You should wear business attire that suits your profession. Some people prefer to go for a casual look in their headshot and that is perfectly fine. However, you must remember that your headshot needs to be a true reflection of what you look like and that includes the clothes you wear to work. Remember too that your headshot will be framed from your chest up so no need to worry about your shoes for the shoot.
